European Garden Machinery Federation

EGMF (European Garden Machinery Federation) is a federation made up of fifteen manufacturing industries and five European manufacturers associations, including FederUnacoma, which speaks as a single voice for pursuing the interests of the European manufacturers of gardening machinery mainly in dealing with European Union institutions.

The federation is structured around a number of specific operational units including the Marketing Committee, responsible for statistics on sales, the study of developments within the sector and European economic and legal issues, and the Technical Committee, responsible for matters concerning standardization, European legislation, contacts with environmental agencies, research, the study of technical developments, etc.

EGMF maintains relations with its counterpart in the United States, OPEI, for exchanges of information, especially on technical issues.
